Issues with a balance withdrawal

Any issues with withdrawal?

Don’t worry, let’s check what it can be.

        1. You started the withdrawal process, however, it was interrupted, so the coins were removed from your balance but never credited to your destination payment method.

Open your profile here: https://scrambly.io/profile and scroll down to the "History" section.

Then, tap on the “Withdrawals” tab.

If you see the “Redeem” button near one of your transactions, it means that the withdrawal process hasn’t been completed till the end yet.

Just tap on the “Redeem” button to proceed with the withdrawal further, you’ll receive this payment after finalizing it!

        2. The withdrawal was completed till the end, but the payment hasn’t been reflected on your destination account yet.

In this case, in the "Withdrawals" sections, you won't see the "Redeem" button, since the withdrawal has been already finalized successfully and all required actions were completed.

Despite the fact that usually, all payouts appear on your balance within a couple of minutes after they were placed, sometimes, some delays of up to 24 hours could occur.

Just wait a bit to receive your payment and make sure that there is no “Redeem” button near this transaction in your Scrambly account.

        3. The withdrawal is successfully placed, but you get a message "Your reward needs to be reviewed by sender"

Such cases are managed by our Support team manually on a daily basis. There is no need to submit any tickets, you'll receive the withdrawal once it's approved, usually, it takes no longer than 24 hours.

        4. The withdrawal was placed to the incorrect PayPal email address or the incorrect payment method was chosen.

If you haven't finalized the withdrawal yet and you see the "Redeem" button in your history, please do not finalize it and reach out to the Support team. We can cancel the uncompleted withdrawal and refund the coins back to your balance so that you'll choose the needed option.

However, if the transaction has been finalized successfully, the Support team is not able to cancel it or change the destination payment method. Still, we'll try to find a possible solution for you!

Is any help needed? Please submit a ticket to the "Payout Questions" category!

❗❗❗IMPORTANT❗❗❗

If you receive a message "oops, something went wrong" during the withdrawal or any other error, which means that your withdrawal didn't go through due to some issues, please report it using "Report an outage on Scrambly app/website" to our Support team.

        5. You got the message "Balance double-verification is required" during the withdrawal.

It can happen sometimes due to the security features of our system. In such cases, our Support team helps to check why this happened and might request some additional details to fix this matter and restore the possibility of placing a withdrawal.

Please contact our Support team by choosing the "Balance double-verification" category so that we can help you fix this issue.
