How to choose the correct form during ticket creation

  • Missing rewards

This form is typically used in order to report issues with receiving some rewards for offers. 


If you haven't received the rewards for some steps, please choose this form and attach a couple of screenshots of your player info and current level (or completed steps from the game) for gaming offers or account info and a couple of screenshots of the completed steps from non-gaming offers for which the reward is missing.


Having this information, our Support team is able to process your request much faster and find a solution for you!


  • Account Blockage

Do you get a message "Account Suspended"? Please choose the "Account Blockage" form to submit a ticket.

Try to provide the Support team with as much information as you can regarding the account blockage so that we can resolve this matter for you as soon as possible.


  • Account Verification

This form is used in case of any issues or questions with the identity verification process. 


  • Payout Questions

This form is used in order to report any issues with the balance withdrawals, errors that might occur, or in case any assistance is needed with the placed withdrawals (change the destination payment method or email address, check why the withdrawal wasn't processed successfully).


  • Balance double-verification

This form is created specially for the cases when there is a "Balance Verification Required" message appears. Please choose this category in case you face this issue so that the Support team can handle this matter for you as a top-priority.


  • Report an outage on Scrambly app/website

This form is created specially for cases when you find some bugs or errors in the app or the website. Choosing this category helps us to react to any unexpected outages and fix them as soon as possible!


If you notice that the web page, app, or some features don't work as expected or show some unusual errors, please help us to fix it faster and use this category to report a problem. 


It's also important to share as many details as possible including some screenshots or screen records. We appreciate your attitude and help in improving our services!
