How to verify your account

You can complete the identity verification from your profile (onboarding section) or during your first withdrawal. For this, you’ll just need to initiate the verification process and take a couple of pictures of your driver's license, ID card, passport, or resident permit and a real-time selfie.

It's a step that users have to go through only once, it's automatic and takes only 3-4 minutes.

Why the identity verification is so important for us?

Identity verification is an important part of our security process that helps us to make sure that our users are protected from unsafe activity on our platform. Also, it helps our partners to place higher payouts for Scrambly users, as they trust our audience thanks to this feature.

How you can complete the identity verification?

In order to complete the identity verification, you’ll need to take your selfie and pictures of your documents from both sides. You can use your ID card, driver's license, passport, or resident permit to verify your identity. Your documents must not be expired. 

Please pay attention to the fact that you should take your real-time selfie and use physical documents to complete the process, otherwise, the verification will not go through successfully.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we don't have any alternative method of identity verification at the moment. Thus, it's not possible to complete it in another way. However, if you don't have the needed documents at the moment, you can complete the verification later once you get them. Your account balance will be totally safe and untouched, since we don't have any timeframes for placing the withdrawal.
