How to redeem a promo code

In order to redeem a promo or a booster code, open the "Bonus" page and go to the "Redeem" tab: https://scrambly.io/bonus/redeem

Then, copy the received code and paste it into the field, and tap on the "Redeem" button.

Some useful tips:

We recommend to copy the code from the email in order to make sure that there is no mistake
Make sure there are no extra spaces
In case of any issues or errors with the promo code redemption, please let our Support team know by choosing the "Other questions" category. Also, please share with us a screenshot of the received code or just enter it to your message so that we can locate it faster and help you to redeem it.

IMPORTANT:

All promo codes have limited timeframes for redeeming. After the timeframe has expired, it will not be possible to redeem the promo code.
Each promo is generated for a particular user account, it is not possible to redeem the same promo code twice or apply the code to different accounts. One code can be redeemed for one account only once.
Promo codes and bonuses posted on our social media have specified limits for redemption, after this limit is reached, users who haven't redeemed the code will be not able to redeem this promo code anymore.
In case the reward is missing while the coin boost is active, the promo code cannot be applied to the provided compensation.
