How to report missing rewards

Completed some steps but haven't received your reward? 

  • 1. First of all, let's wait for a couple of hours to make sure that it is not a delay. Despite the fact that we provide instant payouts, there is still a possibility of some delays due to technical restrictions.
    Please make sure to check if the offer has some specific timeframes. Sometimes, it might be indicated that the reward can be credited with a delay of 12/24 hours in the description. If so, it is necessary to wait for the required period of time to receive your reward for it.

  • 2. Make sure that the step is completed.
    For example, some games have specified steps like: "Complete Chapter#X" instead of "Reach Chapter#X", or "Reach player level" but not the level of the location, etc.

  • 3. Please make sure that timeframes for offer completion are not expired. All offers have their specific timeframes for completion.
    After at least one reward in the offer is received on the offer page, you can see the countdown show the days left to the offer's expiration.
    Unfortunately, if the timeframes are passed, it is not possible to receive any future rewards for the offer steps.
    IMPORTANT: Offers that include a Playtime feature have a different logic. After the timeframe for receiving step rewards has expired, you will have a timeframe for receiving rewards for the Playtime only. Please note that in such cases, it is not possible to receive any steps' rewards, only the Playtime rewards are available!

  • 4. Please make sure that the offer is active.

    We are fully dependent on the payments we receive from advertising agencies; thus, in case they decide to stop promoting the offer, we are not able to change this decision from our side and should remove it upon their request. 

    After the offer is deactivated, the tracking won't work anymore, so further rewards will not be credited.


    We usually try to inform our clients before 24 hours about that to help them to complete the rest steps before the offer is paused.


    However, in some cases, if we notice incorrect work of the offer, we should pause the offer immediately without any notification.


How can I submit a ticket correctly to speed up the investigation of missing coins?

Please use the support widget on our website or portal, choosing the "Missing Rewards" category.

Usually, we need screenshots of player info and current level (for gaming offers) or account info and completed steps (for non-gaming offers) in order to investigate such cases. However, for specified steps, more specific screenshots may be required according to the offer milestones.

Your screenshots are highly important to us and help us to speed up the investigation process.


IMPORTANT: if you noticed that the reward for the app/game installation wasn't credited successfully after a couple of hours, it's always better to report this matter to the Support team, as in most cases, it can result in missing the full progress after the installation as well. In such cases, we would also need a screenshot of the installation date of the app on your device.


In case you're having issues with several steps in a row, it's better not to continue reaching further steps since in case the issue affected two or more rewards in a row, there is a high possibility that further steps won't be tracked successfully as well. In this situation, screenshots of the in-game screen time may be required.
