How to prevent tracking issues

How are rewards tracked?

All steps in each offer are tracked by the third-party app tracking system. In case the app tracking system properly tracked the in-app progress, the tracking system passes the notification about the step completion to our system. Then, the reward is credited to the account balance.


How can I prevent or minimize tracking issues?

Please note that the tracking system is not our internal system, and we are not able to affect or prevent tracking issues in any way. Unfortunately, it can happen at any random moment.

However, to try to minimize such issues, please follow the next steps:

  • 1. It is highly important to download the app from our platform using the "Start" button; otherwise, the tracking system won't assign you to this offer.
    For the iOS devices, it is highly important to press "Allow" when the pop-up window with the following message: "Allow "App" to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites?". If the tracking is not allowed, your progress will be completely missed, and no rewards will be credited, unfortunately.   • 2. All offers on our platform are placed exclusively for new users only. If the game or app was used before, please do not start the offer, as it is hard to guarantee that the tracking will work correctly.
    On iPhones, you see the "Get" button for the app if you haven't used it before.

  • 3. Actions like app deletion, reinstalling, saved progress usage, or level skipping may reverse or void rewards.
    Moreover, such actions can trigger account blockage.

  • 4. Playing in Offline Mode may prevent event tracking.

  • 5. Using devices with old OS. For better tracking, it is necessary to have smartphones with the latest operating systems, such as Android 11 or iOS 16 (iPhone SE or newer models).
    For users who use Android devices, we totally recommend using the Scrambly Android app.

  • 6. Also, to avoid any possible issues with offers' starting, we highly recommend using the Google Chrome browser instead of Safari, Android Browser, etc.

IMPORTANT: In case the first step in the offer isn't tracked properly, we highly recommend not continuing the offer and reporting the matter to our support team right away. In such cases, there is a high possibility that the offer won't be tracked and, any rewards won't be credited to your balance as well.

If several steps are missed in a row, we highly recommend not to continue the offer, it is most probable that any further steps aren't tracked correctly as a result, any further rewards won't be credited. Please report such issues to us right away and choose another offer.
